Club Meetings are the Third Monday of Each Month at 6:00 pm, located at the Ivy Cottage, Sedalia

Reach Out and Read - In cooperation with Katy Trail Community Health, Altrusa donates new books to be given to children seen at the clinic and also maintains a reading corner in the waiting room.

Community Cafe - Meals are served on the fourth Monday of each month at the Community Cafe which provides a free evening meal to those in need.

GED Graduation - Altrusa started the GED graduation at State Fair Community College. The club still serves refreshments each year at a reception after the graduation.

Scholarships - One or two scholarships are given each year to a non-traditional student at State Fair Community College and to a GED graduate who is enrolling in SFCC.

Jail Book Cart - This spring, a cart of books were donated to the Pettis County Jail for use by the inmates.

Monthly Donations - Items are donated monthly to various causes. Recent donations have  included school supplies for CACTUS, paper products for Community Cafe, items for the local animal shelter, scrap booking supplies for Division of Family Service (for use by foster children), personal care items to be distributed by the Sedalia Senior Citizens Center, and books for the Reach Out and Read program at Katy Trail Community Health.
